Hmm. This quote makes me think. Fear causes tension which causes pain.
I’d say though, if you cant get to where you want, being unafraid, than make peace with where you are at.
Exactly, courage is not the absence of fear (although I agree, in birthing I think it helps us to let go and let our bodies work as best we can!) but doing what we are afraid *inspite* of the fear. ♥
I take the “doing what we are afraid of in spite of the fear” message away from this as well.
